Our community owes  Dr. Merrell Barfield many "thanks yous" for all
his efforts and time that he devoted towards the restoration of the
Wharton Depot.

Without his leadership,all activities that occurred on December 7, 2009,
would not have happened.
It was a great evening even if the weather wasn't the greatest.
